Abstract


This is a webinar-based presentation model that creates a space for mentorship and exchange of knowledge/experience between seasoned IDD providers, entry-level clinicians, and future healthcare providers in training. The purpose of the grand round sessions is to expand and strengthen the IDD healthcare workforce across a spectrum of experience levels.
